Our Process

We will become familiar with the scope, purpose and goal for hosting the event through an initial consultation meeting. We will consult on the best venue selection, format, flow and budget to accomplish your company’s goals. Once the budget and priorities have been set and agreed upon, we will manage all production, contracts, and vendors on your behalf.

Next, we will produce an event design and obtain related contracts for approval. Once approved, we will coordinate the contracts and staff the event. You will be able to rely on our experience to ensure that the schedule will result in perfect timing and that all contracted vendors will fulfill their contracts.

As the event designer, we will help conceptualize the flow and aesthetic quality of the event. We will create floorpans that will include the placement of food and beverage, guests seating, and entertainment. A flow chart of the venue and/or tent construction will be provided.

Once the event floorpans have been approved, we will prepare a visual presentation for the look. This presentation will include an explanation of the lighting, draping, audiovisual presentation, table linens, flowers, and decor elements for the event. We offer decor and linen mockups for guest seating tables and video renderings for audiovisual presentations once the design concepts are approved.
